I offer one-on-one coaching sessions for program participants on an 'as-needed' basis, and to individuals who are inquiring about what approach to take to make changes in their lives. During these sessions, the inquirer will share his/her presenting issues, life and desired lifestyle goals and we will work together to determine the best approach for them. HINT: This program is not for everyone!
