Through Hypnotherapy, I help my clients to identify and release destructive patterns, habits and blockages. Hypnotherapy is very effective on it's own and greatly compliments progress when used along with the life coaching programs, simultaneously learning the how's and why's of the obstacles that block you energy paths. Hypnotherapy can reinforce your goals and habit changes to deliver a greater level of success.
We offer complete weight loss, stress, smoking cessation, and Pain Management Programs, complete with virtual hypnotherapy sessions and hands-on behavior modification tools.
Aside from the commonly sought out issues that people seek help for we are living in a time where our world is going through a spiritual transition and people are waking up to the fact that they are here for a purpose. We were all brought (sent) here for this time on earth! In the past two years - 2020-2022 - dozens of people have contacted me to help them discover their Divine Purpose, deal with Spirit Releasement, and do regression therapy to release wrong thinking and self-narratives, past trauma, and the many emotional and spiritual blockages that distract and deflect individuals from living their divine purpose. In my thirty-five years in the counseling, social service, and hypnotherapy field, the past couple of years has been the most exciting and rewarding.

I will travel for groups who are seeking individual or group sessions. Group sessions are only given for those seeking help with the same issues, such as smoking cessation or weight loss. Size of group requirements depend on location and travel.
I do online and local sessions as well. For those who live in the Gulf Coast areas of Florida, Mississippi, or anywhere within a few hours driving distance, I recommend you make a day or two of it and visit our very historic sites and beautiful towns of Daphne and Fairhope, Al while your here!
