The Energy Model of Therapeutic Change is a life changing technique that I developed and refined across three decades.  In my previous career as a counselor, I felt that something was ethically wrong with asking my clients to spend years (and thousands) in therapy digging up old memories (with different levels of historical accuracy) and then attaching those to their current situation.

While I believe that we are the sum of every event in our lives, I don't agree with a therapy "industry" that encourages people to wear their trauma and stress like a badge and to wallow in it. Often, the choices people continue to make in the present actually prevents them from progressing, and anchors them to a miserable and dysfunctional past.  As a hypnotherapist, with a background in counseling and life coaching, my clients have the option to take the life-changing Energy Model of Therapeutic Change Program and can reinforce their learning and intent of change thru guided imagery.  With this tool, they are given the opportunity to experience, familiarize themselves and get comfortable with the outcomes they desire in their life ahead of time.  This enables them to identify and avoid self-defeating behaviors and belief systems as they arise and to help them avoid running away from change when  entering new territory that feels unfamiliar.  Having experienced it through guided imagery, they can be more confident about their ability to reach and maintain their goals.   Another benefit of hypnotherapy is that people who have experienced past trauma can call on their subconscious mind to remove the blockages that create physical and emotional pain and/or perpetual failure, and assist in the healing without having to bring them back to the event itself.  


The Energy Model was created after observing that my clients better improved their quality of life and long-term outcomes by addressing current, tangible stressors and then mastering the tools to assimilate the residual stress. Following this method, most rarely need to dwell on past events because they no longer experience repeating  issues that that kept them in therapy for months; sometimes even years.  Most surprising was the discovery that those with deep trauma who continued to need regular therapy were in a stronger place both emotionally and physically to grow and heal.  I use my education and counseling background to offer a hands-on approach to self- empowerment.  Through life-coaching and/or hypnotherapy, I can show you how to become your own 'healer' and develop and trust your instincts and intuition. ​

Just a little about me; my background is in education as a college counselor and mentor for eighteen years.  In that capacity, I have helped many students to realize their goals of education. But feeling confined by the standard education system, I knew there was so much more I could do for my students and clients.  Being a natural helper and empath, my purpose was realized when I decided to become credentialed in various types of life coaching so that I could pursue my purpose by learning several coaching models to draw from, based on each of my clients own unique situation by choosing the best approach for them.
 
My first stop was becoming a Certified Life Coach from the Life Purpose Institute of San Diego, then continuing forward and getting certified as a Law of Attraction Coach, from Udemy Institute.  From there I went through the very comprehensive Energy Model of Therapeutic Change Coaching Program at the Psycho-Energetic Institute of Hypnotherapy & Life Coaching, where I have landed as a Certified Energy Coach. 
 
Taking the risk and making the investment in pursuing my soul purpose midway through life was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!  If I can do it, anyone can!  I would love the opportunity to help you live the life you dream of and fulfill YOUR soul purpose!

​Ana Meeker, BFA, CELC
Certified Energy Life Coach

Anamaria Russo Meeker resides in Daphne, Alabama.  She received her BFA in Advertising Design from Syracuse University.  Ana brings over twenty-five years of experience in coaching and consulting, corporate training, design, marketing, and advertising. 
​
One of the highlights of her professional career took her to Madison Avenue in New York City as part of the marketing team that led the campaign for Colgate- Palmolive with spokesperson Pat Morita (Karate Kid, anyone?).  She is an acclaimed graphic design and marketing expert who worked as a consultant for several Fortune 500 companies.

Currently, she is operating her own consulting business where she coaches her clients in financial wellness and security thru no-cost, debt payoff and retirement programs.  She developed this business in response to customer needs in the current world economic uncertainly.   When she found that many of her clients were asking for help in this area she saw an opportunity to develop this.   Her expertise lies in showing them how to transform their financial outlook by examining and reframing their own belief systems and relationship with money and finances, then applying practical approaches to managing and growing their financial portfolio.  This has proved successful by the results her clients are experiencing.

In her spare time, Ana is also a published author of two books.  She designed and illustrated a children’s coloring and activity book called “2nd Baby On The Way!”, which was created to help an older sibling prepare for the birth of their new baby brother or sister.  Next came her coffee table book, “In The Quiet:  Reflections On Senior Living.” She is an acclaimed speaker at various events as both and author and coach.  She also volunteers to facilitate Alzheimer’s and Dementia support groups in the area for Covenant Care. 

As a Breast Cancer “Thriver”, Ana is dedicated to supporting the health and welfare of all who have been touched by any form of Cancer.  Her amazing approach to tackling illness head on during her three-year journey through cancer can be found in her blog,“Mindfulness Moments”.

Ana’s proudest achievement has been being the Mom of a fabulous 24-year old daughter, Emma, who recently graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans, and resides in Baton Rouge.

Thomas Harris:  Certified Soul Purpose & Life Passions Coach.

Tom Harris is a self-made expert at creating his own path outside of traditional methods.  He is coaching the clients who are taking the Life Purpose & Passion Energy Core module.  As a dual, high school and college student starting at the age of fourteen, his two-year college graduation would also have been his high school graduation.  But in the last semester, he dropped out to be in a hard-core rock band - much to his mother's (that would be me) dismay.  The only thing it seemed that he had going for him was that he was 'straight-edge' and would not get involved in the drug and alcohol scene that is prevalent in both the college and band cultures.  Within two years, the band was doing world tours, including an eleven week tour through nine countries in Europe, a six week European tour to eleven countries, A tour through Australia, Japan, Brazil, several US tours, and a couple through Canada.  

Watching his band members and himself after shows and between tours was like watching a business meeting between corporate executives.  They talked about what worked and what didn't, what to do better next time, and most of all their merchandising and how to keep it rated the best.  They topped bands all over the world in the creative merchandising ideas and the quality of their products and often sold out while other bands struggled to make a sale.  

Tom developed his merchandising business to expand beyond his band and used current events for merchandise opportunities.  While not on tour, he worked a couple of jobs that allowed him to continue to develop various entrepreneurial endeavors that created passive income for himself.  Simultaneous to building his own income and assets, he has been able to travel the world at his leisure with girl friend Kasia Williams as they continue to check items off their bucket list and add new dreams.  They recently relocated from NYS to Arizona where Kasia is going to school for Aesthetics and Tom has taken on a position at a telecommunications company and both he and Kasia continue building his existing businesses as well.

I asked Tom to come on board as a Life Passion/Soul Purpose coach because of his ability to manifest almost whatever he dreams of.   Tom is willing to work hard outside the box  to make his dreams come true and do things that most spend their lives dreaming of (myself included) because he doesn't allow potential obstacles to stand in his way.  When Tom has a dream or goal, he never says 'if...' or 'if only', he says "How?" and "When?"   

Tom spends his spare time traveling, studying and educating himself on how he can do what he already does better.
I can't think of a better person to step into this role here at the Psycho-Energetic Institute because Tom has certainly mastered the art of living his life passions and he IS the energy behind his success!
Rebecca Harris B.S. International Studies:  Specializing in the Energy Core Key-Life areas of Spirituality and Financial Wellness & Prosperity.  Rebecca will be coming on board upon completion and certification of the complete Energy Model of Therapeutic Change Coaching Program.  She is currently a licensed minister with Life Church and serves in the Norman, OK campus as Director of Bible Language Translation.  A full bio and photo will be put up when she officially comes on board.
